What personal data we collect

We only collect information you actively provide to us. This may include:

• Enquiry and care assessment forms — your name, phone number, email address, and details about the care you are looking for.
• Hospital discharge fast-track form — the above, plus any relevant medical context you choose to share to help us arrange care quickly.
• Job application form — your name, contact details, and any information you include in your application.
• Technical data — we use two analytics tools. Pirsch sets no cookies, so it runs on every visit. It records the page you viewed, where you came from, your browser and device type, and your approximate location. It cannot recognise you on another website, and it cannot identify you for longer than 24 hours. Google Analytics collects anonymised information about pages visited, browser type, and approximate location, and runs only if you accept analytics cookies. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are set and no data is linked to you or your device.

We do not collect sensitive health data through this website. Any care-related details shared via a form are used only to respond to your enquiry.

Why we collect it and our lawful basis

How long we keep your data

• Enquiry and assessment requests — up to 12 months if no care service begins, or for the duration of any care arrangement plus 7 years thereafter (to meet regulatory and legal obligations as a CQC-registered provider).
• Job applications — 6 months from the date of application, unless we offer you a role.
• Analytics data — anonymised; no personally identifiable data is retained.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing. We use the following processors to operate this website:

• Web3Forms (web3forms.com) processes form submissions and delivers them to us by email. Data is processed in accordance with their privacy policy and is not retained by them beyond delivery.
• Cloudflare hosts this website and provides security services. Cloudflare may process technical data (IP addresses, request metadata) to protect against abuse.
• Pirsch Analytics (pirsch.io) counts visits and page views, so we can see which pages people read. It sets no cookies, it does not store your IP address, and it cannot follow you to other websites. All of its data is processed and stored in Germany.
• Google Analytics measures how the site is used, and how many people request care or apply for a job. It runs only if you accept analytics cookies. We never send Google your name, contact details, or anything you have told us about a care need.

We may also share data where required by law — for example, with the Care Quality Commission as part of our regulatory obligations.

How we keep your data secure

Caring for people at home means handling sensitive personal and health information, and we treat that responsibility as seriously as the care itself. Each year we complete the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit, the standard NHS England sets for organisations that handle health and care data, covering how information is stored, who can access it, how staff are trained, and how we would respond if something went wrong.

For 2025-26 our assessment is published as Standards Met, confirming that we are practising good data security and handling personal information correctly. It was published on 22 June 2026 and is valid to 30 June 2027. You can verify our status directly on the NHS toolkit at dsptoolkit.nhs.uk.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

• Right of access — to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — to ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure — to ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances.
• Right to restrict processing — to ask us to limit how we use your data.
• Right to data portability — to receive your data in a machine-readable format where processing is based on consent or contract.
• Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
• Right to withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent (such as analytics cookies), you can withdraw at any time via cookie preferences.
