When we’re open
- Office 8am–6pm, Mon–Sat. Calls and emails reach the team who plan and co-ordinate care, for answers about availability, costs and next steps.
- Care 7am–10pm, 7 days. This is when carers visit. The out-of-hours duty line covers the same 7am–10pm window, for urgent matters.

What happens after you get in touch
- We listen. You explain the situation in your own words. We ask about routines, what’s changed and what’s worrying you.
- We check availability. If we can help in your area, we’ll say so. If we can’t, we’ll tell you straight away.
- We arrange a care assessment. We come out to meet you and your family member, look at what support would help, and explain likely costs.
- You decide. Nothing starts until you’re ready. Care is planned around the person, their dignity and their routines.
